bBQ Rub



This recipe is tiered for larger party sized BBQ's. I make it by the quart jar, just so I have some on hand for chicken, ribs or roasts! Yum. Yum. Yummy!






4# of meat:¾ t black pepper¾ t white pepper½ t cayenne pepper1 t ground cumin1 T oregano3 T garlic powder3 T onion powder1/3 c brown sugar1/3 c paprika2 T salt

8# of meat:1.5 t black pepper1.5 t white pepper1 t cayenne pepper2 t ground cumin2 T oregano6 T = ¼ c 2 T garlic powder6 T = ¼ c 2 T onion powder2/3 c brown sugar2/3 c paprika4 T salt ( ¼ c )
