Ingredients:
1 can cream style corn
1 regular can com, drained
2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz sour cream
2 egg, slightly beaten
1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions:
Mix everything from corn - eggs together. Add 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix and stir .
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake in a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan for 35 mins or until the mixture has set. It may still be slightly "jiggly", but that's ok, it will firm up quickly!
