Ingredients
6 ice cubes 4-6T Cocoa Powder (LOTS of anti-oxidants) 2T Raw Honey (kills bad bacteria and breaks down very slowly) 1/2t Stevia Dash of Cinnamon (add more or less, to taste--but it's great for blood sugar balancing) 1c coconut milk (more for a thinner shake, less for a thicker one)
Directions
Add ingredients and blend to desired consistency. Enjoy your healthy milkshake--it's actually a fat burning drink!
