The recipe is a real surprise! Don't want to make a crust, but still want a quiche like dish? Here you go, it's really good and really simple.
Ingredients:
Saltine crackers to cover bottom of an 8” or 9” greased casserole dish twice 3 eggs, well beaten. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. ¾ c milk ½ t salt, dash of pepper ½ lb. grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Arrange crackers in bottom of pan. Layer ½ of salmon and ½ of cheese on top of crackers and repeat these layers.
Combine eggs with soup, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over layers and crackers.Let stand 5 minutes.
Bake this dish in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
