613 instructions for a good life




Mitzvot or good deeds to guard or keep for everyone


These specific instructions we were given on Mt Sinai are comprised of 613 commandments, divided into 365 prohibitions and 248 obligations that the Sages say can cure everything, including the headache. Of course, no individual is obligated to fulfill all the commandments — unless that person is both male and female single, married and divorced King, Cohen, Levi and Israelite — all at the same time, but we are all supposed to guard them and keep them!




The commandments are NOT a burden, they are a the "abc's" to the most successful life attainable and I thank GOD he tolerates a certain amount of ignorance (or we all would have been sunk).
